#112: Life Balance Self-Assessment

Today we are going delve into the often misunderstood concept of life balance. We are going to challenge the common belief that life balance is unattainable, proposing instead a realistic approach to achieving it. We will discuss the seven essential areas of life: spiritual, family, health and self-care, intellectual, social and fun, career and business, and financial. By sharing personal stories and engaging with the struggles I face, I aim to demonstrate the importance of assessing and intentionally adjusting these areas. This episode not only provides practical tools for self-assessment but also encourages setting achievable goals aligned with the legacy listeners aspire to leave. It's a call to action for listeners to face their fears, embrace uncomfortable growth, and ultimately seek a balanced life that reflects their true values and aspirations.
