This episode I wanted to build on last week and focus on how you can find value within yourself.  We look at three practical ways you can improve your self-concept and handle the trauma that is in your life.  On this episode we discuss:

What are 4 qualities you like about yourself? Watch this Your True Value Video and complete the Your True Value Worksheet. Save it on your desktop, complete it, and email it back to me. Use this article A Transformational Self-Confidence Building Activity as a guide as well. Consider getting input from friends and family on what they see as your positive intrinsic qualities. Post these qualities somewhere where you see them every day. (e.g mirror in the bathroom, your car dash, on the fridge, etc.)
